Questa poesia mi ha veramente commosso - è vero che l'abbiamo forse tutti studiata a scuola e quindi non sempre riporta a memorie piacevoli, ma rileggendola adesso la trovo stupenda:

TUTTO HO PERDUTO di Giuseppe Ungaretti
Tutto ho perduto dell'infanzia
E non potrò mai più
Smemorarmi in un grido.

L'infanzia ho sotterrato
Nel fondo delle notti
E ora, spada invisibile,
Mi separa da tutto.

Di me rammento che esultavo amandoti,
Ed eccomi perduto
In infinito delle notti.

Disperazione che incessante aumenta
La vita non mi è più,
Arrestata in fondo alla gola,
Che una roccia di gridi.

Un'intera nottata
buttato vicino
a un compagno
massacrato
con la sua bocca
digrignata
volta al plenilunio
con la congestione
delle sue mani
penetrata
nel mio silenzio
ho scritto
lettere piene d'amore.
Non sono mai stato
tanto
attaccato alla vita.
